Who is eligible to submit referrals through the Top VoIP Referral Rewards Program?
Top VoIP accepts referrals from almost anyone in the United States. Referral leads can be submitted by anyone referring new business to Top VoIP. New accounts must be subscribed for at least 90 days to qualify for the referral reward. Business customers with 10 or more calling plans or SIP channels qualify. No residential single line user permitted.
What is a valid referral?
A referral is defined as a named contact with company affiliation and contact information determined solely by Top VoIP as having an interest in purchasing our VoIP phone service and Phone Systems.
How many referrals can I send to Top VoIP?
Keep sending in new referrals! There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.
Do I have to be a Top VoIP customer to make referrals?
No. Anyone can submit a referral as long as they are referring actual people who they know and have already discussed Top VoIP and it's services with them prior to submitting the form. (Please see above for exceptions).
Who receives the $250 gift card(s)? When will the gift cards be issued?
Top VoIP will issue the referrer with gift cards after 3 months of paid services by the referred lead are cleared. As referred accounts launch on the Top VoIP platform you will receive notification of the status and expected processing of the compensation. You will receive your gift card(s) via postal mail or electronically should you choose. Also, Top VoIP customers may choose to receive account credit equal to $20 per activated referred calling plan/SIP channel instead of a gift card.
